FLINKOT BASF MASTERSEAL 610

Bitumen emulsion based on water. Brown in color, it transforms upon drying into a flexible protective coating that turns black and also serves as a hardening compound. The finished film is tenacious and waterproof, forming a barrier to water and vapor passage.

Applications

1. General waterproofing and moisture protection for concrete, asbestos, bituminous paper, slate tiles, wood, etc.
2. Metal protection: ensures protection of structural metal reinforcements, pipes, etc.
3. Isolation provides a barrier against vapor for cold rooms, etc.
4. Protection of a diversity of underground structures such as concrete foundations and retaining walls.
5. Hardener for unset concrete.
6. Preparation for most bitumen membranes.
