🔍 Description

MasterProtect® 180 is a two-component epoxy emulsion coating, designed for waterproofing and long-lasting protection of concrete or metal surfaces. Solvent-free and non-toxic, it is ideal for drinking water reservoirs or sensitive areas such as hospitals, food processing plants, and laboratories.

This coating forms a shiny, dense, and hygienic film, easy to clean and resistant to a wide range of chemicals.

🧪 Exceptional chemical resistance
Resists splashes and spills of :

Strong acids (hydrochloric, sulfuric, nitric)

Basic solutions up to 50% NaOH

Oils, diesel, Skydrol, saline solutions, lactic acids…

Application instructions

Preparation of the surface: clean, healthy, dry, and degreased surface.

Mix : homogenization of resin (A) + hardener (B) for 3 min.

Application: 2 coats minimum (3 recommended for high-traffic areas).

Tools: roller, brush, sprayer (nozzle 9 mm min).

Storage: 12 months in original packaging, out of direct sunlight
