MasterRoc FLC 100

Powder admixtures to compensate for shrinkage and to plasticize, intended for anchoring grouts

The MasterRoc FLC 100 contains a powerful water reducer, as well as a compensating component for shrinkage and a thixotropic agent. Adding 3 to 6% by weight of cement is required to obtain a pumpable and thixotropic mortar with a low water/cement ratio.

Due to the strong reduction of water, a water/cement ratio of approximately 0.25 can be achieved. This allows the mortar to reach very important short and long-term mechanical performances. MasterRoc FLC 100 has a very long rheology retention and this allows it to perfectly fill the holes of the anchor bars or conduits.

The MasterRoc FLC 100 is specially designed for bolts and rock bolts that use standard steel tubes. This is ideal for crown applications due to the thixotropic properties of the grout, preventing the grout from flowing out of the drill hole.

Thanks to its shrinkage compensation properties, it secures the bond between the anchor and the rock, and protects the bolts and rock bolts from chemical attacks. Without the MasterRoc FLC 100, the shrinkage of the grout would reduce the bond on the steel and contact with the ground or rock.
