Structural repair mortar (R3) and fine resurfacing mortar with reduced environmental impact.

Sika MonoTop 3020 is a single-component repair and resurfacing mortar. Due to some of its raw materials, its environmental impact (carbon footprint) is reduced. Ready to trowel.
Class R3 according to standard NF EN 1504-3.
Application thickness: 1 to 5 mm.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

• Sika MonoTop 3020 can only be used by experienced professionals. Apply in thin coats. Suitable as a pore-sealing/scratch coat for concrete
• Suitable for XC1 to 4, XD1, and XF1 environments as defined in the EN 206 standard
• Repair of minor defects (pores, gravel pits)
• Non-structural and structural repairs
• Interior and exterior use
