PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Sika MonoTop4200 MultiFlow DZ is a structural concrete repair mortar, one-component cement-based, applied by hand, machine, or in a fluid manner, with high initial and final strength. It is suitable for repairing all types of reinforced concrete buildings and civil structures. Layer thickness up to 80 mm. Pourable up to 60 mm.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

The Sika MonoTop®-4200 MultiFlow DZ can only be used by experienced professionals. Repair of chipped and damaged concrete in infrastructure and superstructure projects. Restoration (principle 3, methods 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3 of EN 1504-9 standard).

• Increase in the load-bearing capacity of the concrete structure by adding mortar. Structural reinforcement (Principle 4, method 4.4 pf EN 1504-9).
• Increase in coverage by adding mortar and replacing contaminated or carbonated concrete.
• Preserve or restore passivity (principle 7, methods 7.1 and 7.2 of the EN 1504-9 standard).
• Reinforced concrete structure repairs requiring R4, R3, R2, or R1 mortar class.
• Horizontal, vertical, and height repairs.
