SIKA PLASTIRETARD

Concrete setting retarder. The PLASTIRETARD is a setting retarder that can be used in all concretes. At certain dosages, it acts as a water reducer.

Thanks to a 10 to 15% water reduction, PLASTIRETARD increases the
long-term mechanical resistance of concrete by 20 to 30%.

Indirectly, the compactness of the concrete is improved.

It is particularly well suited for: concrete placed in hot weather, concrete requiring a long working time, concrete pumped over long distances.
