LIQUID SINGLE-COMPONENT ELASTOMERIC WATER-BASED WATERPROOF MEMBRANE FOR ROOFS

Sikalastic®-560 is a ready-to-use, one-component, water-based liquid waterproofing membrane that utilizes Sika® Co-Elastic Technology (CET). After curing, it forms a highly elastic and UV-resistant waterproof membrane.

• Forms a highly elastic membrane that bridges cracks. Excellent adhesion on many porous and non-porous substrates.
• Water vapor permeable: prevents rainwater penetration while allowing the substrate to breathe.
• Very good performance under ultraviolet rays, aging, and yellowing.

• Roof membrane for new construction or renovation of flat roofs.
• Reflective coating to increase energy efficiency.
• Economic extension of the lifespan of defective roofs.
• Ideal for roofs with complex geometric shapes and limited accessibility.
